Makin' a List, Checkin' it Twice

Tuesday was a busy and full day, starting with meeting my friend Lynda who came to Paris (with her husband Tony) to meet me! We met online through our blogs and Facebook, so it was very special to finally meet in person! Lynda and I are very much alike, I might add . . . .

After meeting for coffee and croissants, we parted ways so that Howard and I could tick a few things off of our To See in Paris list. We did an admirable job, seeing the Eiffel Tower (before the second bomb scare in two weeks), the Quai Branly Museum, the Rodin Museum, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Champs-Elysees. But first, a little stroll.

Guess where this is?

The Quai Branly was a very cool museum of native arts. A sampling, and I mean sampling!

On to the Rodin Museum.

A little place known as the Arc de Triomphe.

A stroll along the Champs-Elysees . . . and the purchase of a mighty cool pair of boots!
