Recovering a sense of connection was our theme last night for our Artist's Way Sacred Circle. To celebrate connections, we did "life plaques," a creative activity where the women first list their positive attributes, then illustrate them with color, symbols, and designs. Finally, each woman was given a package of Paper Clay and invited to create a life plaque, using the clay to make a tile representing their positive attributes.
And then, what would my weekly Artist's Way post be without a photo of Sinatra, our "alley cat."
