We cruised through the Dardanelles and past Gallopilli early Wednesday morning, catching a great sunrise.
Later in the afternoon, we arrived in Istanbul, where we visited an underground cistern, the Spice Market, and took a cruise on the Bosphorus Straight. An enchanting evening and only the beginning.
The underground cistern was beautiful.
A visit to the Spice Market was a feast for the senses - all of them!
